BCR Software announces acquisition of DX WEB
Knoxville, TN – Business Computer Resources Inc. (BCR Software) and DX WEB LLC. announced today that they have reached an agreement regarding acquisition by BCR Software of DX WEB. Through this transaction, BCR Software will combine its distribution software and ERP solution technologies with DX WEB’s e-Business, marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) solutions. The merger will centralize and enhance the relationship between the two companies while providing BCR Software and DX WEB clients additional resources for their business needs.
